On 20 July this year, the digital region D6 (Karlovac County and Lika-Senj County) became the seventh digitalised region in Croatia. Owing to the successful course of the process of digitalisation, 854,172 of the Croatian households switched to digital TV broadcasting so far. [ whole article ]

The next digital region to switch to digital TV is the region D8 comprising of the Split-Dalmatia County and a smaller portion of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County. [ whole article ]

The process of switchover from analogue to digital broadcasting of television programmes has been so far successfully completed in a total of seven digital regions, sixteen Croatian counties. Today, 854.172 out of a total of 1 477 377 households, that is 58%, in the Republic of Croatia are successfully digitalised.
